How do we know our God?

Of course, with his names.

How?

For example Allah is The Creator (Khalik). Means, He created everything from nothing.

He is the creator of everything: Created me, my mother, my father, my brothers and sisters, Turks, Arabs, Chineses all human being.

From the creation of the earth, till the end of the earth He created and will create everybody.

Only human being? No. Plants, animals, stones, soil, sea, land, the moon, the sun, planets and stars…

The earth and afterlife, the paradise and the hell, visible and invisible, known and unknown…

All the existence tells “O Khalik!(The Creator) O Allah!” to their Creator…

Did the Supreme Allah create and leave the existence themselves?

He gave their necessities, foods, drinks, dress and their livelihood to make them survive.

He gave, is giving and will give the livelihood of me and all human being without discrimination. He provide the necessity of everybody who is believer or nonbeliever, good or bad.

He also gives the livelihood of cat the Kitty and all cats, sparrow and all other birds, dolphins and all other fish, fly, ant and all other insects.

He gives the all necessity of flower, rose, daisy, sapling, tree and all the plants.

To make survive the earth He gives air, water, light and atmosphere. To make the sun work He gives energy. Without hesitation, stopping, decreasing and always.

All the creations tell “O Rezzak!(The Ever Providing) O Allah!” all together to the Feeder, Grower and Food Provider…

Allah created all the goodness, foods, colours and light. But He didn’t leave them.

To see them He gave me a pair of eyes. He gave sight to my eyes, to be able to see He gave the light.

Ha gave ayes and sight to my mother, my father, my relatives without any discrimination to all human being.

He created the shape of each nation separately. Only the nations’? Each and every people’s eyes are different from each other.

Did He give eyes only to human being? From fly to ants, from foxes to snakes, bears, monkeys, cats, dogs, hens, eagles, fish and whales… Shortly to all creatures, to animals He gave eyes and sight sense.

Each creature has different eyes, sight and way of looking.

He gave the eyes but did not ignore seeing.

He gave seeing but did not forget existence to be seen.

He gave existence but did not omit the light which make the things seen.

So, eye, seeing, existence and light are four inseparable combination… He created all these things… To introduce Himself to us.

We can see limited things in limited distance and limited size.

But he sees everything and shows us.

We will see in limited time. But His seeing unlimited, eternal, infinite.

We, human being and the creatures which have eyes while we are mentioning our God we say: “O Basir! O Allah!”

With our eyes and seeing we recognize Allah’s Basir (The All Seeing) name.

The Supreme Allah gave beauty to everything He created. Every creature is beautiful, sweet, cute, attractive, glamorous and pleasant.

Baby is beautiful, child is beautiful. Mother, father and my brother is beautiful. I am beautiful, because He created me…

The beauty of violet is different, clove is different, daisy is totally different.

The beauty of orange through its green leaves, the beauty of grapes through its light green leaves, the beauty of apricot on its tree; the beauty of oak, pine, acacia are wonderful. The common beauty of all plants and trees with their forests and wood.

The beauty of lamb, canary, butterfly, ladybird, tortoise and aquarium fish; all living creatures, animals are very beautiful. All the creatures are displaying their beauty.

Sky is beautiful, sea, sail, water, cloud, the sun, the moon, the earth, hereafter, paradise and houris are beautiful.

How many beautiful things are there on the earth and the universe? Countless…

All these countless beautiful things are getting their beauty from The Infinite Beauty. Jamil name of our God reflex in the universe.

All the creatures with one tongue and mouth say: “O Jamil! O Allah!” to the Giver of this beauty to them.

There is a sign of mercy on all the creatures.

There is a sign of mercy on plants and animals.

The fig tree eats mud but gives milk and sweet water to its fruit.

It shows a mercy in its way.

Strawberry also eats the same things as fig but it gives to its fruit a nice, sweet sap. Every day  it blossoms. It also is merciful and feeds its fruit.

What about animals? Especially mother animals… When she gives birth she acts mercifully.

The huge lion is a fierce animal. But after becoming a mother how she loves her cubs, gives milk and feeds its cubs. She doesn’t eat and make her cubs eat, protects and defends against other wild animals.

Only the lion? No, of course! Tigers, wolves, bears… All wild animals behave the same way…

You have seen cats many times. They become very merciful after giving birth, don’t they? Gives milk, feeds, licks, cleans, by holding from their necks she shows surroundings. She protects them teaches them the life…

Hens do not show mercy to their chickens less than cats. After shifting from eggs she feeds them till they become hens. She protects them against wild animals like cat, fox and falcons. She puts her life in danger while she does these things.

It is very difficult to tell about the mother’s mercy, love, compassion and devotion.

Each mother is the hero of compassion, mercy and gracious for their children.

From plants to live things, human beings all mothers got fed from the name ‘Rahim’(All Compassionate) of Allah. They harvest their mercy from this name of Allah…

All of them knowing or not knowing, realizing or not realizing say “O Rahim! O Allah!”. Through all their life…

This is the duty of being servant and conscious of believing to understand, to capture, to recognize, to know thousands names of the Supreme Allah.
